| John K. Joachim - Chairman | John K. Joachim is the Chairman of Joachim and Associates. He is an accomplished and successful entrepreneur. His immense experience and expertise is diverse but he is notable for his talent as a Real Estate Broker and Advisor. In 1990, he was certified by the International Real Estate Institute.
Other areas of competencies include but are not limited to: Hospitality and Tourism Management whereby he owned and managed the Blue Lagoon Hotel and provided value added services such as car rental; Tour operating with affiliates such as GO GO tours and Liberty tours.
While in the hospitality business he was elected as Chairman of the Eastern Caribbean Tourism Authority (ECTA) and was also the President of the St.Vincent and the Grenadines Hotel Association.
He also dabbled with politics for a short stint and became the youngest senator in the Government of St.Vincent and the Grenadines. His penchant however was for the business arena, which provided the challenges for his energies. |

Joachim and Suzanne Joachim is the Managing Director and principal Consultant/Practitioner of Joachim and Associates. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in accounting and management as well as a Masters in Human Resource Management and Development.
She has worked with and conducted many HR and Business Consulting assignments for donor/funding agencies such as the Commonwealth Secretariat, Proinvest, European Union, OPAAL and the OECS. Other significant accomplishments were Consulting assignments with institutions such as the Centre for Enterprise development (CED) Tobago Cays Marine Park, Caribbean Export as well as several private sector firms and public sector companies.
Mrs. Joachim was also responsible for establishing the trade and investment agency of St.Vincent and the Grenadines - the National Investment Promotions Inc., now Invest SVG.She was nominated for the prestigious Ernst Young/CIBC entrepreneur of the year award (1999) and was also selected to be part of the International Association of Business Leaders.

He is currently a candidate for Masters in International Marketing Management. He has conducted many marketing promotions, launches and strategic marketing plans while working for Digicel SVG Ltd for the last two years.
